Our team at GroFive handles returns on a case-by-case basis in order to serve you well. Shoes in new condition can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days from purchase. If you are not content with your purchase and would like to do a return or an exchange, please contact us at info@grofive.com. International orders unfortunately can not be returned or exchanged, thanks for your support!
Warranty
Thank you for buying from GroFive! We want to make sure you have an awesome experience working with us and wearing our footwear. Expandals are made to last. If your pair has worn out before the 1 year mark, let us know the issue and we'll send you a new pair. Our gift to you!
